What Founders 15 Means

Founders 15 is WHITEHAWK ICF's application and qualification process for its first 15 client families. It is how WHITEHAWK ICF identifies homeowners whose projects, timelines, and priorities may be a genuine fit for a Whitehawk Home. Founders 15 is not a mailing list, a deposit, a discount program, or a guaranteed spot in a queue.

Whitehawk Homes are not limited to one architectural style or a flat roof. Sloped and flat reinforced insulated concrete roof strategies may be evaluated as part of project-specific design and engineering.

A preference helps the conversation. Final roof form is set through design and engineering.
