Help Change Homebuilding

WHITEHAWK ICF is building toward a future where resilient, healthier, generation-ready homes are available across the country and eventually around the world.

We are not currently advertising open positions. We are building relationships with exceptional people who may one day help us build Whitehawk Homes, strengthen HawkCore and HawkAir, and create a better way to build.

A Mission Worth Building

Most homes are still built around conventions that have changed very little in generations. WHITEHAWK ICF believes families deserve homes designed for greater resilience, healthier living, lasting comfort, and generational durability.

Our immediate focus is the Founders 15: fifteen client families who want WHITEHAWK ICF to build their Whitehawk Homes in Dallas–Fort Worth.

Those homes will help us refine the customer experience, HawkCore, HawkAir, field execution, quality controls, partner network, and operating systems required to grow responsibly.

The larger mission is to take what we learn, build a repeatable model, expand across the country, and eventually help change homebuilding around the world.

STAGE 1

PROVE IT

Build the Founders 15 and establish an exceptional Whitehawk Home experience.

STAGE 2

REPEAT IT

Develop the people, systems, standards, training, and partnerships required for consistent delivery.

STAGE 3

SCALE IT

Expand WHITEHAWK ICF responsibly across the country and eventually around the world.

“We are not trying to build the biggest company as quickly as possible. We are trying to build the standards, people, and trust required to change an industry.”

HawkCulture

HIGH CHARACTERHIGH COMPETENCEMISSION ALIGNMENTHAWKCULTURE

“We do not excuse poor character because someone is talented. We do not excuse poor performance because someone is kind. The people trusted to build WHITEHAWK ICF must pursue both.”

Christian-Led. Open to All

WHITEHAWK ICF is a Christian-led company.

Sam Whitehawk's faith in Jesus Christ shapes how he understands truth, service, stewardship, dignity, excellence, generosity, leadership, and responsibility.

We will not hide that foundation, and we will not force it on employees.

Christian faith is not required for ordinary employment at WHITEHAWK ICF. People of all faiths and no faith may contribute, lead, grow, and thrive here when they demonstrate high character, high competence, respect for others, and alignment with the company's mission and professional standards.

Many future teammates may share the founder's Christian faith, and that will be sincerely welcomed. No one should feel pressure to pretend to believe something they do not believe.

Respect is required in every direction.

What This Means

  • Voluntary faith participation will remain voluntary.
  • Nonparticipation will not diminish an employee's opportunity or standing.
  • Religious coercion, mockery, hostility, and discrimination are inconsistent with HawkCulture.
  • Employees must respect the company's Christian foundation.
  • WHITEHAWK ICF must also respect employees' beliefs, nonbelief, dignity, and privacy.
  • Employment decisions should be tied to legitimate role requirements, conduct, performance, and company needs.

Future employment and religious-accommodation policies will be reviewed by qualified employment counsel before hiring begins.

Who Will Thrive at WHITEHAWK ICF?

You may thrive here if you:

  • Tell the truth early
  • Take ownership through completion
  • Ask questions before guessing
  • Care about the details hidden behind the finishes
  • Pursue mastery
  • Accept correction without losing your confidence
  • Respect customers, coworkers, trades, vendors, and inspectors
  • Protect safety and quality
  • Communicate when a commitment is at risk
  • Document what others will need
  • Improve the system rather than repeatedly working around it
  • Believe the housing industry can do better
  • Want to contribute to something larger than your individual role
  • Can work respectfully with people of different beliefs and backgrounds

This may not be the right fit if you:

  • Hide mistakes
  • Blame other people reflexively
  • Treat trades or customers with contempt
  • Resist documentation
  • Ignore approved details
  • Put speed ahead of safety or quality
  • Need constant supervision to finish commitments
  • Become defensive whenever corrected
  • Believe talent excuses poor character
  • Believe kindness excuses poor performance
  • Use religious language to avoid accountability
  • Prefer appearance over truth
  • Want rapid expansion without disciplined execution

“Starting with enthusiasm is not the same as finishing with excellence.”

  • Be held to high standards without being treated as disposable

These are cultural intentions, not promises of a specific role, benefit, compensation structure, promotion, or employment term.

We Are Building Relationships, Not Filling Positions

WHITEHAWK ICF is not currently advertising open positions.

We are preparing the company, building the Founders 15 client pipeline, developing HawkCore and HawkAir, and forming the professional relationships required to deliver exceptional Whitehawk Homes.

We do not want to wait until a position opens to begin meeting people who may help shape the future.

If you have meaningful experience, demonstrate high character and high competence, and believe in the mission to change homebuilding, you are welcome to introduce yourself.

Submitting an introduction:

  • Is not an employment application
  • Does not create an employment relationship
  • Does not guarantee an interview
  • Does not guarantee future contact
  • Does not indicate that a position exists
  • Does not create an obligation for WHITEHAWK ICF to retain submitted information indefinitely
