Reinforced-room construction can be evaluated against applicable FEMA guidance and local code, where the project, site, and engineering allow.
Reinforced Construction
Steel-reinforced concrete walls and impact-rated doors can be specified as part of a project-specific design.
Emergency Supplies Integration
Optional built-in storage for emergency supplies, communication equipment, and backup power connections can be planned into the design.
Security Monitoring
Optional security cameras, smart locks, and monitoring systems can be integrated based on client preference and budget.
HawkVault is optional and not included in every Whitehawk Home. WHITEHAWK ICF does not guarantee availability, code approval, or specific performance ratings before project-specific engineering and preconstruction review.
