Optional HawkSuite Feature
HawkSpa™
HawkSpa is an optional resort-level water and recovery suite that may include a pool, hot tub, and cold plunge.
Elements That May Be Included
Pool
May be designed for the site, layout, and family lifestyle.
Hot Tub
May be included as an optional relaxation feature.
Cold Plunge
May be included as an optional recovery feature.
HawkSpa is optional and not included in every Whitehawk Home. Feasibility depends on the site, budget, architecture, and applicable code.
A Pool Built Like a Structure
Most pools are treated as a separate project. Where a pool is included, WHITEHAWK ICF plans to evaluate insulated-concrete-form construction so the pool is designed as a durable, engineered extension of the property rather than an afterthought bolted on at the end.
- A reinforced concrete structure intended for long-term durability
- Greater resistance to movement and cracking in the shifting soils common across North Texas
- Clean geometry and structural capacity for premium outdoor-living designs
- A structural approach consistent with the rest of the Whitehawk Home
Pool structure, geometry, engineering, and feasibility are project-specific and depend on the site, soils, architecture, code, budget, and available trade partners. HawkSpa is available only as part of a new Whitehawk Home project, not as a standalone service for an existing home.
Intended Experience & Design Goals
Year-round enjoyment supported by thoughtful comfort planning
A recovery-oriented layout intended for relaxation, not a medical or therapeutic claim
A design goal of seamless flow from inside to outside
A space envisioned to complement the overall home, not stand apart from it
