High Character. High Competence. One Mission
HawkCulture describes the standard WHITEHAWK ICF intends to hold — in the field, in the office, and in every commitment made to a family who trusts us with their home.
The Standard
The future of WHITEHAWK ICF will depend on more than good ideas, advanced products, or ambitious plans. It will depend on people who can be trusted to do excellent work when the details matter and the pressure is real.
HIGH CHARACTER
Truthfulness, integrity, humility, courage, ownership, reliability, respect, teachability, keeping commitments, and doing the right thing when it costs something.
HIGH COMPETENCE
Mastery of the craft, preparation, technical knowledge, sound judgment, attention to detail, quality execution, safety, clear communication, reliable follow-through, and continuous learning.
MISSION ALIGNMENT
Believing homes can be built better, caring about resilience and healthier living, protecting customer trust, supporting our standards, improving systems, respecting the company's Christian foundation, working constructively with people of different beliefs, and pursuing responsible growth.
“We do not excuse poor character because someone is talented. We do not excuse poor performance because someone is kind. The people trusted to build WHITEHAWK ICF must pursue both.”
The complete HawkCulture manifesto is still being finalized. This page will be expanded once that document is approved for publication.
