What is a Whitehawk Home?
A Whitehawk Home is the premium custom home WHITEHAWK ICF is preparing to build in Dallas–Fort Worth around resilience, healthier indoor air, quiet comfort, thoughtful architecture, accessibility, craftsmanship, and long-term value. Every Whitehawk Home is planned to include two mandatory foundations: HawkCore and HawkAir.

HawkCore is the six-sided reinforced insulated concrete enclosure: a fully insulated concrete floor or slab, four ICF walls, and a sloped or flat reinforced insulated concrete roof. HawkAir is the coordinated whole-home approach to ventilation, filtration, humidity, air sealing, pressure, HVAC design, testing, and commissioning.
Around those two, the home is entirely yours: architecture, plan, finishes, accessibility, site strategy, and any optional HawkSuite features that fit your family and budget.
WHITEHAWK ICF has not yet completed a Whitehawk Home. Everything described is a proposed standard being prepared for the first Founders 15 client projects, which are targeted to begin in 2027.
